We can’t believe that we have been in business for 2 years now. The time has absolutley flown past. There have been some amazing times and also some ‘challenges’ to overcome, but all in all we would do it the exact same way.
When ARC Mortgages started it was our Director, Tony Donnelly, working by himself from home. Pretty early on he identified that he wanted somewhere convenient to hold meetings and build ARC Mortgages into the professional business it is today. It wasn’t long before the business moved into our current office in Strathmore House, right next to East Kilbride town centre!
The initial buzz of setting up a business has never really gone away! Tony has always insisted that the business revolves around the needs and wants of ARC’s customers. This ethos has ensured the growth of the business and, more importantly, it has also ensured that our clients receive the best possible customer service experience.
Tony commented “It’s been a brilliant two years… albeit a very fast two years. It seems like only yesterday that I made the decision to set up my own business, we now operate from our office in East Kilbride town centre and it’s no longer just me… we have an experienced financial service professional, Robert McDonald, onboard and plans to take on even more brokers over the next few months. It has, and continues to be, an exciting adventure and I have absolutely loved it. The best part of my job is problem-solving. I pride myself on customer service and helping my clients to find the right mortgage deal for them no matter what their situation is.”
The next period for ARC Mortgages will no doubt be as exciting as the first two years!
